“DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS
Omega Plus does not recognize the “do not track” signals that some browsers may employ as no uniform standard for responding to such signals has been developed at this time.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA CONSUMERS
Your Rights as a California Resident
This section has been adopted to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used herein. As a California resident, you have certain rights in relation to your personal information. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you regarding how we have collected, used and shared your personal information over the last twelve months. Specifically, you have the right to request that we disclose the following information to you:
The categories of personal information we have collected about you;
The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
The categories of sources from which we have collected your personal information;
The business or commercial purpose for which we collect or sell your personal information;
The categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information;

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you, and, under certain circumstances, we must delete your personal information and direct any service provider to delete your information from its records. We do not sell your personal information. You have the right to request that we not sell your personal information.
Omega Plus may not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.
How to Exercise Your California Rights
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State who you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. If your child is a minor, you may make a verifiable consumer request on their behalf.
If you wish to exercise any of your California privacy rights, please submit a request to us by emailing us.
Note that the CCPA includes certain exemptions with respect to a businesses’ use or collection of personal information. Your rights under the CCPA may be limited as a result of our reliance on these exemptions.
Verifying and Responding to Your Requests
We only respond to requests that you make which are “verifiable” and for which we can reasonably verify your identity. To verify your requests, we may require an authentication of your identity that is reasonable in light of the nature of the personal information requested. We aim to promptly verify your requests and respond to them within forty-five (45) days of receipt, but may require up to a total of ninety (90) days to respond to them. If we require additional time beyond the initial forty-five (45) days and that time is reasonably necessary, we will let you know within the first forty-five (45) days. We do not ordinarily charge a fee for our response to your requests. However, we may do so to the extent your request(s) are excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that charging a fee is warranted, we will let you know and will provide you with an estimate of the associated costs of responding to your request(s). If we determine that we cannot or will not take the action that you requested, we will inform you of our reasons for not taking action and any rights you may have to appeal the decision. We are not required to provide you access to your personal information or comply with your requests that we disclose certain information to you more than twice in any twelve-month period.
Notice of Financial Incentives
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If We become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. Additionally, if we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing information obtained from an individual under the age of 16, we may require parental consent before we collect and use that information.

Except as stated herein, none of the informational material contained within the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Omega Plus permission is hereby granted to view, copy, print and download the informational materials from the Services for personal, non-commercial use only provided such informational materials are used for informational purposes only, and all copies, or portions thereof, include this copyright notice. Omega Plus may revoke any of the foregoing rights at any time. You may not, without Omega Plus prior written consent, “mirror” any informational material contained within the Services on any other server. Upon termination of any rights extended hereunder, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any informational material contained within the Services may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations.
The trademarks, service marks and logos (“Trademarks”) used and displayed on the Services are registered or unregistered Trademarks of Omega Plus. Nothing on the Services shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Services without the prior written consent of the Trademark owner. The legal or trade names of Omega Plus or any associated Trademark may not be used in any way including in any advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of informational material contained within the Services without the prior written consent of Omega Plus. We prohibit use of any Omega Plus logo and Trademark as a “hot” link to any non- Omega Plus site unless Omega Plus establishment of such link is approved in advance by Omega Plus in writing.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The informational material contained within the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law, Omega Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violations of rights. Omega Plus does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise respecting, the materials within the services or any sites linked to the Services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Omega Plus, shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including, without limitation, any damages related to claims of negligence, loss of data or loss of profit arising out of the use or the inability to use the Services or informational material contained therein.
