“DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS
Omega Plus does not recognize the “do not track” signals that some browsers may employ as no uniform standard for responding to such signals has been developed at this time.

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State who you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. If your child is a minor, you may make a verifiable consumer request on their behalf.

We prohibit use of any Omega Plus logo and Trademark as a “hot” link to any non- Omega Plus site unless Omega Plus establishment of such link is approved in advance by Omega Plus in writing.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law, Omega Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or other violations of rights. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Omega Plus, shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the use of the Services, including, without limitation, any damages related to claims of negligence, loss of data or loss of profit arising out of the use or the inability to use the Services or informational material contained therein.
